I'm pretty confused with all the 1:18, 1:43 scale ? Just how big are the model cars ???
Each scale represents the quantity of models it would take to equal a real car. For example, 1:18 means it would take 18 models to measure up to one real car. The higher the scale, the smaller the car, such as a 1:18 scale models are typically 8 to 10 inches in length, 1:24 scale models are 5 to 7 inches, and 1:64 scale models are about 2 inches long.

SHIPPING
Do you ship outside of U.S.A. ?
Yes we do.
We ship to the following countries: Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K. However, we do not ship to the following countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico and nations that known for fraud.
What kind of shipping method do you use ?
We ship 98% of our domestic shipment with UPS Gound (U.S. 48 states) . We also ship USPS (for AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, APO/FPO).
As for international order, we ship either USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONALL (POST OFFICE) (buyer is responsible for your country's tax and duty).
UPS Ground usually takes about 7 days to ship from West coast to East coast. If you are located closer to California, you'll receive your order faster.
Sorry, local pickup is not available, as we are not a retail store.

Domestic Customers: All shipping cost is calculated during checkout,
shipping cost is based on the weight of you order.
International Customers: Shipping cost is also calculated during checkout, but there is a limitation of 6 x 1:18 in one parcel because USPS does have box size limit to other countries.
How fast do you ship ?
If your order is placed before 4:00pm M-F (except hoidays), we'll try every efforts to ship your order the same day. (We don't ship on Saturday and Sunday)
What kind of payment methods do you accept ?
We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, also accept cheque or money order. Payment must be in US dollars, NO EXCEPTIONS. Cheque requires 4 working days to clear.
RETURNS POLICY
What's your return/exchange policy ?
If item was damaged during delivery or we made a mistake (e.g. shipped wrong item), please email info@pro-models.com along with your order number. We'll make arrangement with you right away. When you return the item(s), please include all original materials, e.g. original boxes, and plastic straps.
However, no return/exchange if:
1. No returns after 14 days from date of shipment.
2. Minor manufacturer defects (Except Remote control items)
3. Minor dents, minor scratches, paint chips (not common, but sometimes it could happen to low price items (below $30 )
4. Did not cancel your order before it was shipped
5. Order returned without explanation
If your order is returned to us because you moved to a new address without letting us know before we shipped, you'll have to pay the shipping fee again to have the order re-shipped.
*Note: all shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

Financial information
Customer's financial information is only collected for billing purposes. Pro-Models do not store entire credit card numbers. Customer's contact information(email) is used only for order confirmation and delivery confirmation (tracking number).
Pro-models, Inc do not share/sold customer's mailing address, email address to any 3rd parties.
E-mail Newsletter
We'll only email our newsletter to customers who subscribed to our newsletter, customers can unsubscribe/subscribe at anytime.
Security
We treat the information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company's security procedures and policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. After information reaches Pro-Models, it is stored on a secure server that resides behind firewalls designed to block unauthorized access from outside of Pro-Models. Information collected on the Web sites covered by this privacy statement is generally processed and stored in the United States.
